This picture is not in Springville. It is a bridge over a canal in Bruges, Belgium. It was taken by a Belge gentleman who saw my wife and I and asked, "Can I take your picture." We still correspond—he in English; me in French.

I had to make a comp to put the "star" in front of the front plane. The amount of research on biplanes and uniform colors and plane color and markings from between the wars was one of the challenges.
The client loved the result.
